Zerda provides the products listed on the Suite page to the account that signs up and to the workspaces that account creates. Agencies may resell access under their own brand; they remain responsible for their clients' use.
Send only to people you may lawfully contact, honour every opt-out, and follow the rules where your recipients are (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, India's DPDP Act). No scraping of services that forbid it; the suite never logs in to LinkedIn on your behalf. No spam, no deception about who is sending.
Plans are billed monthly to the agency. Metered usage is shown before it is charged. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
It is yours. We keep it only to run the service and delete it when you ask. See Privacy.
The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
