Your account (name, email, password hash or sign-in links), your agency and its workspaces, the brand and domains you set, and the data each product holds for a workspace: leads and their sources, messages sent and received, videos and their translations, lists and verification results.
Accounts and agencies are in one primary database. Each workspace's product data is in a database of its own. Databases are hosted on Turso in the region nearest the account owner; the apps run on Vercel.
Agency owners, admins and staff see every workspace of their agency. A client invited to a workspace sees that workspace only. Zerda staff access data only to fix a fault you report, and never for marketing.
When the AI judges, reads or writes, the relevant text is sent to the model provider through a gateway and is not used to train models. Owners can bring their own key.
Sequences can track opens and clicks and always carry a working unsubscribe. Lists of people who opted out are kept so they are never contacted again.
Export or delete a workspace at any time from Settings. Delete an agency and every workspace under it goes with it. Questions: privacy@zerda.app.
